House rules at Candy Castle Amsterdam

We value safety for everyone. To ensure this, we have drawn up the house rules below. Let's stick to them together, shall we? Team Candy Castle wishes you lots of indoor fun!

Please note: by paying the entrance fee, you agree to our house rules.

House rules

  • Entry for children only under the supervision of parents/guardians aged 18 and over.
  • Self-brought food/beverages are not allowed.
  • To ensure hygiene and prevent scrapes, wearing (non-slip) socks and a shirt is compulsory.
  • It is not allowed to enter the play equipment with shoes, jewellery such as necklaces and food or drink items.
  • There is no smoking inside Candy Castle.
  • Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
  • Play and use of the play structure is at your own risk.
  • Instructions from the staff must be followed.
  • Candy Castle staff has the right to refuse entry to persons.
  • Candy Castle is not liable for damage, loss, injury and/or theft incurred during your visit to Candy Castle.

Important info for children's parties

  • At children's parties, tables are only reserved for the children of the children's party.
  • A minimum of 2 supervisors must be present at a birthday party.
  • A maximum of 10 supervisors are allowed per party. In case of more supervisors, please contact the Service Centre by phone.
  • The children in the party must enter and leave the premises in one group.
  • Children's parties are possible up to the age of 12. It is compulsory that supervisors aged 18 or over are present.
  • Orders from accompanying persons will be charged separately.
  • It is not possible to pay on account.
  • You can pay by debit card or cash with us. We do not accept credit cards.
  • Own decorations are no problem, provided our items are not damaged.
  • Due to safety concerns at Candy Castle, the following items are NOT permitted: helium balloons, ice/fire fountains, confetti cannons, candles.
  • For the protection of the children and for reasons of hygiene, the wearing of shoes is not allowed in the play area and socks are compulsory. Even in hot weather. If anyone does not have socks with them, they can be purchased from us.
